Mode of access

The form is intended for the request of an access title only for the Personnel pertaining to the DISTI and concerns only the facilities of the scientific headquarters with controlled entrances from Building 1 to Building 10, laboratories Clean Room, Fablab and Hydraulic Lab.
Direct access to the form is obtained through authentication with their University credentials, and is reserved for the Teaching Staff, TA Staff, RTD Researcher and Technologist pertaining only to the DISTI.
For Researcher RTD and Technologist Personnel, the expiration date corresponding to the respective contract is compulsorily required, this will be automatically entered in the form and coming from the registry of our University.
In case of contract update or change of role of the personnel afferent to the DISTI, also the validity date of the contract and of the authorization to access the form, start from the validity date of the contract entered in the Athenaeum database and the system of the automatically detects. 
The Cleanroom, Fablab and Plumbing Labs are subject to the approval of the relevant managers, require precise safety measures, training and use of PPE.
A notice will be sent to the relevant lab managers, whenever access activation is required.
Only faculty personnel are authorized and empowered, once logged in with their university credentials, to submit requests for access badges to DISTI facilities for Doctoral Students, Fellows, Graduate Attendees, Visiting Professors, Guests, etc.

PUR - New User Registration:

Only the Lecturer staff afferent to the Department, has the faculty to make requests for all other users attested to access DISTI facilities and already entered in the University's registry such as Doctoral students, Fellows, Assignees, Graduate Attendees (always from our University), etc. 
In case it is necessary to request access for users such as, Visiting Professor, Guests, etc., users must compulsorily register online at the Single Point of Registration (PUR) of the University of Parma. 
From the day after registration, the callsign will appear in the search list within the form and will be selectable by the requesting Lecturer.

Online form

After submitting the online form, the applicant will receive an e-mail on his or her university mail with a summary of what was requested and is required to check its content. 
By clicking on the link he will find within the e-mail, he confirms the correctness of the data entered, assumes responsibility for what is requested for himself or for the badge recipient for whom he is requesting access, and finally authorizes to proceed with the request.

Only after confirmation of authorization, requests are automatically forwarded to dia.accesibadge@unipr.it to be finalized; please kindly use this e-mail box at all times and only, for all eventual communications necessary and concerning access badges to DISTI facilities.

In the form you can:
- request a new badge
- request an update of your badge that has expired.
- request replacement of one's badge if it is lost.
- request replacement of one's badge if it is damaged (check that it has not expired).
- request a change in entitlements.
- request activation of one's badge provided by the Vigilance and Logistics UOS.

On completion of the procedure, the requester and the recipient will both receive an e-mail notifying them of the successful activation; in the case of updating a badge that has expired or in the case of changing the entitlements, they will find that they are active from that moment; in the case that the request is for a new badge or for the replacement of a badge, from that moment it will be possible to pick up their badge at the secretariat of DISTI Building No. 8, during the current public opening hours. 

It is not possible for the department to activate access to the reader in the central corridor of the Science Building, Technology Transfer and Tecnolopolo, these requests must be mandatorily addressed to the UOS Vigilance and Logistics vigilanzaelogistica@unipr.it which has the authority to grant the request, also they must have been sent through their university email and only by structured staff. 

In case a user needs access to facilities such as Technological Transfer and Tecnolopolo, due to incompatibility of the badge employed it is necessary that it is requested and a new badge that will be provided and sent by the UOS Vigilance and Logistics.
Once in possession of such a badge, it is possible to request its activation for the DISTI facilities by indicating the number found on the badge, in the appropriate field found in the online form.
If the user is already in possession of a badge provided by the DISTI, it will be replaced with the one provided by the UOS Vigilance and Logistics and the other one will be deactivated.
Please note that precise security measures, training and use of PPE are also required for access to the Technology Transfer Laboratories.

As per the regulations and for obvious safety reasons in the workplaces, we kindly ask that requests be limited as much as possible for personnel such as Doctoral Students, Fellows, Graduate Attendees, Visiting Professors, Guests, etc, strictly to the premises necessary to carry out the assignments envisaged by the user's work activity, also trying to avoid disturbance to the activities of the remaining offices and laboratories of the department.
The request for access to all the buildings entered in the DISTI's online form, is restricted to Lecturer, Administrative Technician and Researcher RTD staff only.
